Full English Breakfast

At its best, the Full English represents the best of British produce. It has to be back bacon, sausages, black pudding from your local butcher, eggs from local hens, ripe tomatoes, seasonal mushrooms, beans, hash browns (yes, we know this addition is controversial to some), and, of course, proper British brown sauce - bring out the Branston Rich & Fruity!
Ingredients
- 2 sausages
- 2 rashers of back bacon
- 2 eggs
- 1 slice black pudding
- 1 half tomato
- 1 portobello mushroom
- 1 tin of beans
- 2 hash browns
- 2 slices of toast, cut into triangles
- Branston Rich & Fruity, to serve
Method
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- Grill the bacon and sausages to your liking.
- Bake the tomatoes, mushrooms, and hash browns in the oven until cooked to your liking (hash browns on their own tray).
- Heat the beans in a sauce pan.
- Fry the black pudding in a pan until crisp on the outside.
- Fry, poach or scramble the eggs to your liking.
- Serve everything on a plate with slices of toast and a mug of Yorkshire tea. Enjoy!
