Get your taste buds singing and your tummy rumbling by adding a nice big dollop of Branston to your everyday meal!
Ingredients
- 1kg chicken drumsticks
- 250g-300g Branston Pickle Small Chunk
Method
- Pour all of the pickle into a tray or a freezer bag. Add the chicken and mix well until all the meat is covered evenly. Then, leave to marinade for at least 10 minutes.
- Place the oven on 200℃. When to temperature, oven bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned and cooked through.
- Serve with new potatoes or a side salad.
Tip
If you can, leave the chicken and Branston to marinate overnight for a fuller taste!
